Odd carburator

    Hello everyone.

    Anybody ever seen a carburator stamped like this.

    Very common in 1969 to see the "70" missing but not so common in 1970. However they did stamp many of them in that fashion back then......

    The open “4” carbs, pre 1970 I have thought.

    Correct, and I've not seen a 1970 stamped in that fashion but that is not a re-stamp from what I can see of it.

    They also say that the NEVER made any 7029273 or 7040273 Pontiac Ram Air manual trans "service replacement" carbs. However, I know of two to exist, both were part number 7029273, and dated in the early 1970's.......so probably best to "never say never" when it comes to these things......FWIW....

    What are all the soecs on it, hanger, sec needs, jets, pri needs, whats accel pump look like, seconday holes above or below the buter flys.?
