So, last night I get back from work and I'm looking for the pliers I had been using the day before. I'm looking and looking and can't find them. I just used them, though, where the heck are they? Hmmmmmm.....no, could I have, oh crap I did!! I replaced two of the fluorescent lights downstairs w/real fixtures, track lighting in the living room and a chain link double light for the dining area. But it wasn't centered over the table, so I decided to move the light over. Cut a hole, put in a new box, ran the romex, cut out a patch of drywall and nailed it in. I almost taped/compounded the joints after nailing, but decided I would do it later. Good thing. I confirmed the pliers are up there by using a magnet which I felt pull right where I figured I left them. Oy!
Good thing your not a surgeon!!! LOL. I think we've all done that sort of thing at least once. Hey, at least you found them before it was too late. Jason
Better than forgetting about that deep socket that you dropped in your fan shroud. Not that I would know anything about that... - Freed
Easy enough to do , been there and I'm sure we will again . Just yesterday I had to buy a 3 inch holesaw and bits because mine is packed and I drill 2 holes with 12 to go and the new hole saw fall off and goes inside the column !!ou: Now that will get a guy a little warm , huh . Now I need to buy another hole saw assembly for the other 12 holes !  :TU:
Last weekend I found my 2 of my 17mm wrenches in out daily driver's engine bay. Been there for about 2 months.
The question is: Which would you rather do a) Rescue your pliers and have to repatch the ceiling? b) Use this as an excuse to buy a new set of pliers? John
