NOS in the GM boxes (with factory fasteners)...

    >"Stage 1" fender emblem - narrow pin version (will still work on '70-2 cars) $45

    >"GS" fender emblem - $35

Shipping included in price IF you buy both...otherwise shipping is additiona. No shelf wear, scuffs, etc on these....very nice NOS pieces.

NOTE: "455" emblem in pic IS NOT available

    Payment by check or MO.

This is not the hard-to-find-in-NOS "wide pin" version (that originally came on '70-72 Stage 1 cars). It's the version that was sold by GM for years. Sounds like you're looking for the original style....if this was an NOS version of that style the price wouldn't be remotely as low as it is. I think the "wide pin" versions are available from the repro market if you want a "new look" in that version at a much lower price compared to what an NOS piece would run.

I am looking for a NOS GS fender emblem that only has 2 pins. I have seen some GS Emblems that have 2 pins and a 3rd nub that is shorter than the pins.

    Both styles have:

    >2 mounting studs (ie -the "pins"), and

    >The shorter locating "nub"

The difference is the location of the mounting studs - "wide pin" has the mounting studs more out on each END of the backside of the emblem (this is the style originally installed on '70-2). The '73 up version ALSO has two mounting studs but they are closer in on the backside (thus the "narrow pin" moniker).

To use these "narrow pin" versions you have to drill two holes in the fender to accommodate the mounting studs that were moved inward.

The locating nub is in a different location as well and be retained or ground off.

There won't be any exposed holes in the fender skin if this was installed on a fender that has the "narrow pin"/70-2 style holes...I've done it.

If you have further questions please PM ME with them or start a thread in a different section of the site. Adding comments, etc on this thread just bumps everyone else's ads further down the page.

These parts are still for sale if anyone has interest.
