Hello everyone. I have been skulking for a week or so and figured I better get with the program.

    So here I am,
My name is Rich and My dad introduced me to cars at the ripe age of 9. He worked for GM until he retired and taught me allot of what I know today.
I went to NBC Tech in Lima, Ohio for auto/diesel mechanics. I worked in various GM dealers for 11 years and now use my brain instead of my braun. I currently write manuals for new Chrysler vehicles (don't judge me).

Last weekend I picked up a 55 Special from Indiana. It has 43,000 original miles and is a one owner car. It starts and runs but needs brake work and some panel replacement. I can't wait to get started.

So here I am looking to pick your brains for all that great info and hope that I can help someone down the road.

If you go to the Tips on Using the Board section you might find out how to, I really don't know since I haven't done it yet.

    OK,

I read the tips so I'll give this a try. This should be a picture of the driver side. Thanx to all for the welcome and I hope this works.

    WOW!!!

It worked. I can't figure out how to post multiple pictures so here is a picture of the dash. The interior is nice but it will need some front and rear panels.

Any suggestions on places that carry fenders and quarters is appreciated.
