Well, maybe I'm not a newbie to the board. But I just put an offer on a house in Mississippi near Jackson on the reservoir. If they accept that may make me the first member from this state. The house is right on the water so literally stepping off the back deck you'd fall into the lake. House has three ensuite bedrooms, so once I get it set up and back to USA permanently hope some of you can come down to do some fishing.
