Hi guys. New to your group, I am in Eastern Mass. I own a 1972 Skylark GS455 convertible, a one-owner matching numbers car from California. Triple white with GS455, auto, sport wheel, AM/FM, ps, pb, N25 Bumper exhaust, bumper guards, ram air hood, deluxe belts and bench seats. I've loved Buicks for years, although I have been a Chevy man also. I do own an LS6 Chevelle, 1970...used to own an SS396 Chevelle from '70 and a 1969 Camaro Z/28.

Looking forward toward contributing to the forum and enjoying it. Anyone that is local feel free to shout out!!!

Welcome MG we have quite a few members here in the NE. We try and get together twice a year to place faces with cars etc.
Search BPG picnic to review them.

Thanks Doug. The picnic sounds great. Our GS is a driver, and we enjoy meeting other enthusiasts.

    Hey MG,

Welcome aboard! You'll love it here, trust me....that car you describe, which looks to be the one in your avatar, is that the one that was on eBay a few months back, from NH? I think there were whitewalls on it, if I remember correctly...:Brow: :Brow:

Sounds like you have quite a stable of muscle...by the way, I'm partial to the 72 model year, if you couldn't tell from my signature..

    Brett,

Thanks for the nice welcome. My GS455 is the one from Ebay a few months back. I guess the whitewalls are a dead giveaway....actually the car came delivered with whitewalls, so they are technically correct. Actually, so did my Chevelle (according to the orig owner and the buildsheet, but that's another story).

Looking forward to meeting all the NE guys on the board.

    Best,

    MG

    MG,

Nice car, I think I remember seeing it on ebay. Did you buy it from Nick?

if so, did you go out to his place? He has (had) quite a nice collection of cars and parts!

    Congrats and welcome aboard!

Thanks for the welcome and for the kind words about the 'vert. I did in fact buy it from Nick, and found him to be a really nice guy. I spent a fair amount of time looking the car over, and looking at his collection. He's got quite a collection of cars, parts and automobilia. I wish I had taken pictures of some of his cars....he had so many of them.

Have you been there as well?
