Ok, so it seems a bit premature to install them but I needed some inspiration.
    Rear-275-55-16, 16x8 wheel with 5"B.S.
    Front- 225-60-16, 16x7 wheel with 4" B.S.

From behind, with no trimming this is about as big a tire as you would want on a 68-69, my quarters are going to be replaced so the existing trimming will go away. A 295-50 would really be a tight fit, with an 8" wide wheel you would probably need 5.25" of B.S. and still trim an 1/8" or 3/16" off the fender lip. With the 275's and 5" of B.S. it's a perfect fit.

I need to get mine mounted up and installed for the inspiration as well. I just finished pulling the rest of the nose off. I still have a ways to go.
