I all ready messed up and put this in the big car section and then found this section. Sorry. But here it is again. First off I want to say what a great site you guy's have here. I'm amazed at how many "Big Boat's" there are here. And that's what I'm looking for. I just picked up a 2 door 85 Buick Le Sabre Collector's Edition. It's in really great shape, and only has 65,000 original mile's on it. And the best part is I only paid $800 for it. I have to admit, this is the most comfortable car I've ever owned. Everyone who get's in it say's, "Wow, the seat's are so soft." It need's a little TLC, but I don't mind working on a nice car. So anyway. I just wanted to say hi and that I'm looking forward to getting to know you guy's. BTW...I'm having a problem with a vacum controll valve. Could someone with a simular car please chime in. I need someone to look under their hood. Thank's, Cal Here's a couple of pic's
Hey Smartin. I see we're practically neighbor's. Was that pic in your'e avitar took at Gatweway . I think I remember being there for that one. j/k of course. Cal
Cal, I don't think that Gateway has a long enough runway for Adam's ride to land on. The new landing gear probably only help on take off. Welcome aboard. :beer Adam, I'm not sure but it looks like you over rotated on take off.
New here, lifetime Buick nut Hi, I am new to the board but have loved Buicks all my life. My first car was a 54 Special when I was 12. I really enjoy this board and look forward to hearing from my new Buick freinds. Mike
Hey Cal, I'm a little late on the reply here, but I've been bust the past couple days. Nice to see someone close on the board! I'd drive by Granite City every weekend on my way to and from school at SIUE. The picture in my avatar is fake! :gt: My car doesn't do that...although it would be fun...
AW MANou: ... now you tell me. I've got umpty million dollars of parts here I was gonna put on the Riv so you couldn't beat me next year at Quaker City. I guess I'll put 'em on my kids Mazdasaki instead. Do you think the chrome air cleaner and moon equipment decals will be enough for me? Why didn't you guys tell me that I don't have to wait for the green before starting the engine?
Just get some sticky tires and throw 'em on there...should be a good race anyway!:Brow: I'm reallycurious to see what it will do on the track since I added all the goo....
