Hey gang... thought I'd share with you my latest find.

It's a Hudson Terraplane that someone a long time ago hacked in half to make a stakebed truck out of it. The back is pretty cobbed up, but eventually, I'll get that sorted out and make it look like a real cab... try to morph in a bed from some other maker.

Reason I thought about posting it here is I'm shooting for Buick 350 power using the small block I bought off of here a while back. I was originally going for an R2 Stude pickup but this one came up and both me and my girlfriend fell in love with the Terraplane nose (although one of my friends said it looked like a cicada  ).

I already have the 350, a TA manifold manifold, and old aluminum T-10 for it. Thinking is, the Buick engine and the T10 ought to shave boatloads of weight out of it, but of coure the real reason is I just like Buick power and I enjoy being an oddball LOL 'Course I'm sure I can think up another great excuse why a nailhead is the perfect engine if I ran across one of those before "engine stuffing" time. LOL

Anyway... I'll probably start haunting here looking for flywheel and clutch parts and asking 350 questions again when I get further along. I'm hoping to some day do an EFI conversion on it later on down the road, too.

Here's the rest of the carnage if you want to see what a long road I have ahead of me....
