When replacing your ac ducts, use www.motormite.com and order the 2.75" diameter, part #96008. Typically runs $19 w/tax for a 6 ft section which will replace all original fabric-style ducts. If you can not get it through a local auto parts supplier, contact Motormite and see if they can help you.
