This is basically a spinoff of the event we once held annually on the 3rd week of October in Henderson, N.C. It will be held at Galot Motorsports Park located near the intersection of I-95 and I-40. It is now being held the second weekend of October. The track is now state of the art being heated and cooled with buried, piped fluid. The track has a heated and cooled indoor suite with indoor and outdoor seating. I have that suite rented for the event.
In recent years we had over 3000 static cars attend this event before this spin off event moved to this track, Galot Motorsports Park.
I did not set the date. We have been using the 3rd week of October down here for 10-20 years. Plus, not everyone goes to BG.

Nancy is bringing the old drag cars and driven muscle cars to Galot now on the second weekend of October. She and Charles founded the Henderson show. Nancy did not put together the Henderson last year because she was recovering from heart surgery. Last year Henderson only drew about 50 cars. The weather was not favorable but most importantly Nancy was no longer involved. When Nancy was doing the Henderson event the car count exceeded 3000. All the historic muscle and drag cars came to NC due to Nancy’s efforts. They will not be back to Henderson in any numbers because of her absence and the fact that they are coming to Galot the week before.
That will be fantastic. A lot of other notable persons and cars will be there. The weather is generally the best during October. Visit our suite. I met John in Henderson some years ago.

Yes, helping to support Nancy Wilson by attending this event at Galot AND the GS Nationals...both after the Buick Regionals at Cecil next weekend. I live in California and the car's in Virginia...so it can be done guys,lol! Hope to see everyone there!
