hello everybody, My Name is Pete and I am an owner of a 65 Riviera with the 425 under the hood and Posi rear. I have been a Buick fan for many years. I guess back in the late 80's when my buddie bought a 69 skylark. I came across this Riv about a year ago but had no money. But as luck would have it my Riv showed itself once more and I bought it.. It has 54,000 miles and runs like new. I will have to fix some rot it the trunk and the floor. I am looking forward to talking to all of you and maybe meeting some of you as well. Welcome to the board Greetings from Kansas City! Love to have a 65 Rivvy myself. It's one of those on the "I'll buy one someday" list for me. I think that GM put out a lot of it's best looking cars in 1965 and then went downhill from there. There have been some great looking cars since, but almost everything they put out that year looked classy. Well, enjoy your time on the board, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
