Hello from NC. I have owned a lot (100 +) classic and muscle cars over the last 40 years and recently bought my second Buick. It is a 1971 Skylark convertible with 43000 original miles. I look forward to asking questions and learning from all of you. Scott
Welcome from Georgia!! You’re surrounded by some great Buick people and not far from Bowling Green, Ky where we make our annual pilgramage. Patrick
Scott, the wagon is rolling for you...... What about a few photos of all those cars, or at least from the Skylark and that first Buick?
I ve got a long day ahead of me today, but I will post a few pictures tomorrow. I wish I could have afforded to keep them all over the years. I always had to sell one to experience another. So far, I have done a four wheel disc brake conversion, QA1 coil overs (front), 17” rims and tires, TA performance intake with Edelbrock 4bbl, new exhaust, transmission service, rear end fluids, and bucket seats inside. We are getting ready to pull everything back apart to do a repaint. I am thinking of going back with silver fern, since there were, originally only 193 done in that color. Right now it is yellow. It also came with factory limited slip/positive traction.
Welcome from Kernersville NC. Lots of cruise ins in the area. There is a show coming up at the Greensboro Coliseum. Shriners HOT ROD & DRAG RACING EXPO - GREENSBORO, NC (shriners-hotrodexpo.com) Dave
