Put a new exhaust system on the LeSabre and it sounds SOOOOO sweet. :TU: Has a nice mellow sound, just right for a big car. :) Custom made here in Western New York at Muffler Man.

What year lesabre? I'm assuming it's a dual exhaust, so how is the interior noise at freeway speeds? What axle does the car have?

I want a dual for my Electra, but I do not want a loud sound inside the car at freeway speeds, the car has a 2.56 so the engine usually isn't working real hard at those speeds anyways.

1973 LeSabre all stock. Noise with windows up is at a minimum, louder than original exhaust, just a nice sound with windows rolled down.

On my 66 Riv I have dual Flowmasters and Man do they sound awesome, they are pretty loud on the outside esp. at higher RPMs but at crusing speed you cant hardly hear a thing!

I've got Magnaflows on my '67 LeSabre and they are super mellow... almost a glasspack sound-- new glasspack that is. Fits with the character of the car better than Flowmasters IMO though I love that Flowmaster sound.

I always had thought that glasspacks had a racous sound, just because they sell them at shucks in a big bucket for like 30 bucks.

I have Flowmasters on my car, 40 series delta flow, dont really like the sound at high RPMs but I love how it sounds at idle, and it is silent when Im cruising down the street.
