New England Dragway in Epping NH is having a nostalgia meet this sunday, july 17,they put on 3 events like this every year, open to cars 1972and older , always a big turn out,but very few buicks, it would be nice to see something other than the usual camaros and chevelles, I know theres a lot of nice buicks around, this is a good chance to show them off, anybody interested? Phyllis and I will be there, probably bringing 2 cars.
heres more info on the nostalgia meet, gates open at 7:30 am, I recommend getting there early as the line outside the gate gets very long very early. they have race and show classes,show registration is open till 11:30, time trials start at 9:00, eliminations start at 1:00, there are a number of race classes, bracket style,lots of old race cars, gassers,front engine dragsters one of the few times I've seen people race cars like 409 chevys or real Hemi cars, but very few buicks, it would be nice to see a few more, hope too see a few of you there
I am very interested! I have to look more carefully at my schedule and watch the weather. Needless to say, my top is not watertight. I am okay if I am moving!
