Just about anything that will fit inside.
Seriously, some parts out west and in Canada we can go as heavy as 108,000lbs. gross weight.
Usually only loads of the biggest paper rolls get that heavy.

Wow! A Mercedes engine in a freightliner. Too bad you couldn't get a 600 HP C13 Caterpillar :)

108,000 lbs with 28 wheels ain't bad. One of our old trucks got an over weight ticket at 120,000 lbs with only a 80K license. I forgot how much the fine was, but it was in the thousands of $. Some of these trucking companies only care about the $$$$$$$$$ and not the safety of the drivers or other people on the road. They would run legal during the day and then at night they would add all they could. It also showed up in all the driveline repairs we had to make.

Nice truck. Take care of it and be safe on the road. You already know how some of those little cars love to cut you off I'm sure. :3gears:

    YES!!
It seems to be the the latest craze around here to exit the highway from the 3rd lane from the sholder  and that's without even using a turn signal while they do it.

Nice office, how many steps (gears) to cruisin' speed?? Auto-shift or manual?
You should try parts of Michigan and Ontario. How about 11 axles, 42 wheels? :jd: Gross of 160,000 I believe.

Sleeping in your own bed every night is nice. :TU: I get a 48 inch bunk most nights.

    Scott,
    You betchya! :beer

    Anthony,
I'm on a dedicated fleet, we do local pick-ups & deliveries.
I seldom log more than 200 miles in a typical 10 hour day. :boring:

    Eric,
    Burnouts? YES :Brow: Wheelies? NO.
    I'm Photoshop illiterate. :Dou:

    Tom,
    13 speeds. :TU:
I only drove a paddle-shift auto one time and absolutely hated it.
It would get stuck in neutral anytime I came to an off-ramp stop.
