Good day to all of you from the great green north finally!!!!!!. The boys got me a very nice 3 core aluminum rad and 14 in electric fan (with shroud ) for the 78 camaro with a buick 455 in it . The set up seems to work ok but just a question , we used a temp switch that installed on the bad of the eddy intake (190 on 170 off) . The question i have would this setup work better installed where the temp gauge is at the front of the intake or would i be better to run a probe with adjustable cut in and out switch. It seems to cut in a little late temp is about 200 but cools down nicely .These temps are abit iffy cause of factory temp gauge other than that like i say it works slick. I run DMO 15w40 syn in the engine in the summer so oil pressure & lube is very good .This oil is made by a local refinery in sask . and i know drag race guys that run it at the track so i know it will take abit of heat . Hope i didn't ramble to much . Also i was thinking can a guy tee both sensors to the front manifold hole or is that a no no ? Later bake
