Old set of new pistons needs a home: 40 over 430's with pins, no rings, not sure what brand see pic. I have a set of 8 and they are cast. $50 plus the ride.

I have a 69 430 with a cracked piston and could use them. I have not used this engine for a while and won't need it any time soon. I have been looking a cheap set of stock pistons, but if someone else has to have them, then I can wait. I just want to have them for when the time comes for this engine to return to life.

How much for shipping to 27834?

    Thanks

I almost forgot! Can rings still be had for these pistons? I will check with TA.

edit: I went to there web site and can not find any, but I e-mailed them and will wait for a response.

Looks like the rings are available from Kanter. I need to make sure they can get .040 oversize. $72 for the 430 engine but no reference to oversized.

    Thanks Darryl for the link.

Scott, let me know about shipping.

    Thats OK.

I just found a 69 wildcat for sale with a 430, so that may do.

    Why yes it is!

I have not had time to call as I have been very busy this weekend with the Cub Scout Turkey Shoot.

But I plan on calling Sunday. The car is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours away.

    Need some parts
