Looking for a twin inlet as pictured below. NOT the GS air filter, the plain jane one. This is for the restomod so presentation isnt everything. Anyone know what its from? I just saw it in a parts car ad upstairs. I know theres 376 getting knocked around garages under the work bench so loosen up guys! ws

Good morning Bill! Hope Pat's doing well. I think that IS a GS air cleaner in the pic, it just doesn't have the plastic piece on it. That screws on and covers the snorkels.

STAGE III Lost Experimental 455-4 Bolt Main Block.

I am with Frank, that appears to be a 73-74 GS air cleaner.

You could always go with the big car style and flip the air cleaner lid :D

74 air cleaner snorkles are spaced weird. You appear to have 2 70-72 air cleaners like Frank said.

Why don't you buy the air cleaner shown in the top of the pic AND sell me/a customer the fiberglass parts we are looking for for his air cleaner? I can't tell from your posting whether those two air cleaners are YOURS or if they are in an ad.

Anyway, IF the fiberglass pieces are in nice shape you may have a buyer for those parts. Problem is, it will take some up-close and well focused pics to even get an initial idea if those fiberglass pieces are in the condition we need them to be in.

That pic was grabbed from here yesterday (cant find it now!) from an ad for a '72 (??) GS for sale or a parts ad. Help me out someone! I shouldve recognized the 73 leaner (had a stage 1) but alas., the 70-72 horns dont just slip over the nozzles. They come off with several sheet metal screws down to the frame of the unit and then attach the GS horns in lieu of...

Just looking for something different for the Special with an 800 CFM AFB on top. Keep an eyeball peeled for me! ws

I can appreciate that chrome BUICK job, but for more of a BBB in a chevy truck or like a street rod. I am trying to be more "clandestine" and a tad evil with something mostly in black and kinda unidentifiable. I want people to look at this and think they know whats going on... I have an 850 Edelhozer coming to use to get up and running and am looking at a 1970 dodge charger unit. Its narrow (in height) and typically non GM looking. I just like poking judges in a cage with a dull spear. ws
