Need the DCR calculator that Larry posted several times

I need the install file(s) for the DCR calculator from the following link:

This it the calculator Larry posted numerous times, but now the link does not work. I'd appreciate it if someone would send me the file(s). If you have them and are willing to send them, please send me a message and I'll give you my email address.

PS - I know there are plenty of DCR calculators online, but I've used this one in the past and I like it the best.
