Trying to get my core support inplace and realize I will need some large washers. I found some in a pile of junk that were the perfect size but I dont have a pair. Taking the measurments I'm looking for a pair of washers that have 2.5" outside diameter and .75" inside diameter and 1/4" thick. Also need a pair that is 1 7/8" outside diameter and btween 5/8" and 3/4" inside diameter and 1/4" thick. The ones I measure off of I have no idea where they came from, I assume some car since they had rust and grime on them. If anyone has something around these dimensions, I can enlarge inside diameter if I have to or shave down outside if I have to. I'm not sure a hardware store would have something that large as I'm looking online and having no luck.

    Thanks

Let me try my bushings again tomorrow. My neighbor gave me a few washers that he used on his plus I was looking at his setup. I think my problem may be that I just need the washers on the underside (inside the chasis at the very front). I know when I had everything in there the other day I could lift the core support off the chassis. I want to make sure that just the bottom washer will hold it in place. I may not even need the top, I will post with in a day or two once I am sure. I will probably take two of the washers you showed in the pic however as they are a bit larger than mine and less of a chance of them becoming concave as a result.
