Yes, it can be rusty, or nasty as long as it functions. Just need a nailhead non a/c water pump pulley for our 1960 Buick. I guess my a/c type fan spacer will still work with the non a/c pulley(?) . I know it isn't a big money maker but sure would appreciate the help and I am happy if you don't even dust it off (just throw it in the box and I'll Pay Pal you or whatever).
