i started replacing the pass side rear wheel cylinder in my 68 skylark took apart the everything replaced the wheel cylinder now i can't remember how it goes back together (wasn't thinking far enough ahead to take a pic and the service manual diagram i have isn't to clear) i know it was a dumb move but i'm good like that.
    :Dou:
does any one happen to have a pic or clear diagram i can follow.
    thanks

Your right Kack... that yellow piece should be hooked to the anchor pin, and from that pic, I can't see that it is.

Looks like the rod is possibly hooked on the post behind the washer. It should be in front of the washer, then the shoe spring on the right is hooked last in front of the rod. In other words; washer, rod, spring, in that order.

It looks like the lower spring over the adjuster is on wrong (wrong side)

but it may be the pic - kinda hard to see

It's fine. As soon as the side that's moving feels some resistance (shoe against drum), the other side will move accordingly.
