    Ok guys!

The new car is excellent, but it needs some tunes to drive with down the road :( . The antennae cable is frayied on the male end....does anybody have a pic on where the other end is located, and can it be replaced. A pic from a body manual would be helpful :TU:

    Antenna Cable

Don't have a picture, but the cable that comes down to your radio is a replaceable part.

The antenna leads come off of the windshield right in the center and go straight down to the area just in front of the speaker (if you have a center front speaker).

I think you might have to take out the radio, speaker, and I'm not sure if the heater controls would be in the way, or even the heater/AC ducting. I put a new windshield with internal antenna in my '68 but I had the car completely torn apart when I did it. I do remember buying the cable to adapt from the windshield leads to the radio from a local thump-n-boom car stereo place.

The motor should be music enough. I've actually delayed getting my radio fixed because I noticed I would keep the radio off and listen to the rumble of the motor instead.

See you in :eek2: 2 1/2 weeks :eek2: I hope the rain stays away.
