I need to find where the air vent is located on this trans. I read it is on top of the trans on the passenger side. Not sure if it is located in the front or by the tail. Not sure what the trans tunnel looks like. Hoping I can someway get to it. The problem I'm having is trans fluid is pouring out of the filler tube. The 1966 Rambler has been sitting for sometime. I'm hoping, I can get to the vent without dropping the trans. I'm 75 and don't trust any trans shops here in AZ. The trans was rebuilt in 2006. I dropped the pan and the filter looked brand new.
    Thanks

Good posibility its overfilled. Crack the pan and drain till it is level with the pan gasget surface. Start it and check it.
