I have some various Buick parts I will be selling but I can't seem to get the pictures to upload from Photobucket. :Comp: When I click on the desired picture then click upload it asks for a file name (in red) but nothing I type in for file name works. I would think you would just click on the picture and just click upload:Do No: Any advise??

On Photobucket, go to the image you want to put in your thread. Left-click in the field next to "IMG Code" to highlight that field of info. Then Right-click on the highlighted text, and left click on "COPY". Then go to your V8 thread and in your post where you want the pic to appear, Right-click again, then click on the PASTE function. That will insert the link to the image. When you submit your post, the image will appear.

I tried that in the Parts for sale section :Comp: but ther pictures came out so large.:eek2: It also seemed to partialy eliminate what I wrote for the parts discription. Any thoughts as to what I'm doing wrong? Thanks...

You might have to downsize your images. A nice size for here is 800x600. When you upload your images to Photobucket, you can specify their software to automatically resize to a few different specs.

Even if the images are large for here, users can still click the image to see a full size version, as I recall.

Yeah, those are quite large. Resize to 800x600 and you'll be good to go. You can resize them right on Photobucket too. Just click on the image, then there are resizing tools available in drop down menus.
