Need help identifying these parts

I found these in the trunk of a '71 Skylark yesteday but they don't seem to be from that car. Part numbers on the back are 1233596 and 1233597. Any ideas on what these fit???

Also, the same car has cruise control, power windows and power locks but is a 4 door. Any ideas if these parts interchange with other GM cars like Chevelle?

Those are 71 Custom fender vents, mounts on front fenders below center line.
