    1) BF is the code for Fremont, Ca
167 is for Red 'Notchback' bench seat
Acc 3989 is a 'batch code' referring to the options it came with. I don't believe anyone has deciphered these yet.

    2) ACC ZBC
I'm pretty sure those are the codes for Auto trans, buckets, and tilt wheel.
    Is that Artie's old car?

I know this much about the car with ACC 3989.

It came with tilt. AC SP300. It is a Bench w/ arm rest.

The ZBC car is Artie's old car. I have seen the ZBC code on some other trim tags.

It is an AC car. Has a Bench in it now w/ no arm rest. And it is a tilt also.

    Thanks for the info.
