Before yall start yellin', the Chevy pulls the Buick. :Smarty: I blew the motor in my truck, and am looking for a low cost running engine in the Tampa Bay area while I rebuild the one I have. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    -Jon

    howz bout a 68 307?

Yo Jon. . .WHEREYA BEAN dude? :Do No: Sheeeeesh.. long time. Anyway, a friend who installed a BBC into his clean rust free 68 Chevelle has the original motor. . : 307, small journal. .the motor ran like a top years ago when it was yanked. Been sitting for a while now. Think he'd take $250 for the engine & "glide" trans. :TU: know! Wheelz, Seminole 727-392-6859

Sitting in my garage right now! Will need some MODS, cause the 68 motor didn't have holes in the end of the heads for accessories. I will drop it in tomorrow and let you know how it runs. Thanks for the tip. BTW, Pauls a real good guy!

    Thanks,
