    Buy A correctly date coded block and have it restamped. I think it can be done.

    Drop Top -

    If you could find me a 1970 "BB" coded transmission from a Stage 1 I'd trade it for a "SS" stamped Stage 1 block and internals.

    You might check with John Chamberland "collector", He did have a BB tranny for sale a few months back, He may still have it. :TU: Good Luck.

    Hey Steve, whats the VIN# on that 'SS' block? Maybe some one here has the car it belongs to. You just never know.
