    thanks

  3. what other carbs work on those,I'm not familier with the 4 barrels that were on there. Do you know how heavy that intake is? and I have a dual snorkle air cleaner that I had on a quadrajet, no idea if it'll fit with a typical buick card though, oh and where are you located?

  4. i live in plymouth wi
the intake is heavy for its size
    about 35-40lbs
as far as carbs i do not know what will fit besides the older ones
the opening is much bigger i think than the newer q-jets
    thanks

    Shipping intake to Canada

Best and cheapest way to get most any item reasonabley sized and under 75 lbs. to Canada is the US parcel post. Pack your stuff up but don't seal the container. Most times they'll want to take a look. They'll seal it up. Your declaration at the mailing location avoids all the customs and duty charges and hassle at the Canadian end. On your question of what carb to use. Edelbrock/Weber after market AFB carbs with the standard GM linkage fit the 364 manifold nicely. They're in all the speed equipment catalogs and on the ground at every car swap meet I've ever been to. The opening on your quadrajet air cleaner will be too large for the AFB. However there are adapters available. Avoid the plastic ones. They've been known to break with potentially dangerous results. Namely, dropping the cleaner down, jamming the throttle linkage. Best bet, use a matching cleaner. Bill V. Pnx. Az.
