If you have Web Access, there is no reason for you not to have updated Web tools. Its easy to push patches and updates down from a server to all the client PC's. These Days, "Paranoid" is the ONLY way to run an I.T. Shop
True. To an extent. I've always had "power users" who I knew weren't dorks and could handle the whole download thing. Also, I have had users who HAD to have admin rights to their 2000 machines in order to run web-based claim systems and such. But yeah, the average haus frau would be loading that stupid lame Kincaid wallpaper and webshots and weatherbug and AIM and God-only-knows whatelse if given the opportunity.
