Thanks again everyone for your advice.I will soon take the car into a Rad Shop and have them do a LeakDown test and check it all out. I am not using the small A/C Water Pump pulley but the original one my non A/C car came with so thats and idea and do the direct vacuum. I'm trying not to add an Elec Fan but if I do there is no room for a Puller, it would have to be a Pusher in Front. And then I'll take it to a mechanic to check the Timing & Vacuum and Carbs for running lean.
    Many Thanks
    Alan

If you have max air flow and max water flow thru the rad, and pressure in the system.... then the engine should run cool.... unless there is something unusual going on.... by going to a smaller water pump pulley you will be moving the water more and faster, thru the system.... and the fan will be turning faster giving more air flow, at the same time.... the smaller pulley increases both.... a water pump dont really pump,,, it just kind of moves the water thru the system... anything you do to help this movement makes the situation better....

Have a shop analyze the air in the radiator tank for exhaust gases. I had a problem with a professionally rebuilt Chevy six over heating in a '38 Master Deluxe and it sounded a lot like your problems. I finally discovered that the head was cracked and exhaust gases were heating the coolant. After this process you will have narrowed down the list of suspects. Good luck.

A puller is way more effective. And how can there not be room!? LOL:dollar:
