Nailhead chrome Qjet air cleaner 401-425 GS

I have a nailhead chrome qjet air cleaner for sale. Asking $375, plus shipping, will take non qjet chrome air cleaner in a trade deal. It's pretty nice, not show though. Comes with black lid and 465 decal, all used. Let me know if you need specific pics. Thanks.
