Well the wheels are about to start turning. Am leaving Beijing this afternoon for Chicago on the 4:35pm UA non-stop. Thirteen hours later, it lands in Chicago at 4:30pm the same day. Zero time on the clock. That leaves a week before the event to work a few days and tinker with the cars on the weekend. Maybe a trip to the Buick dealer for a once over before the long drive. Still haven't decided which ride to bring over, I keep changing my mind. Right now I'm leaning towards watching the races and drinking beer. Am looking forward to meeting many of you there. :beer
What do you mean "still have'nt decieded which vehicle to bring"? I thought we had this all figured out and you were bringing the 72 to beat the crap out of it! See you in Salem!
I personally would like to see your `66 Riv, since I haven't seen it 100% done. I saw it during restoration in a million pieces and even did some of the block (sanding) work and a few other little things. Dave
Mike - sent you an email about the caravan. Since you're going to be traveling (flying!) I'll know why you didn't answer right away. Have a safe trip! ShariB
