I'm jealous. Tyler has a 72 GSX clone, 70 race car, and now the GN. I am going to get the 72 4 door though.
Nice car. Get rid of the stock MAF before it gives you trouble Let me know if you need anything, I have so much GN stuff here I'll never use it all. I have the pics of those control arms too if you are still interested.
Very nice indeed! looks like it has had 1 respray, and to the other poster-whats wrong with the stock MAF?? And to the last poster- our stables are never done- just take a look at (this or last ) car craft and THEN we'll talk done- the guys a mopar nut, a grunt like us, and has this awesome collection of vintage iron- its ALMOST enuf to make me want a period 'cuda with a 440 6 pack and a 5 speed ( ok- someting for the times!! ) Robert Nice car!!
What's wrong with the stock MAF? I know a lot of guys use the LS1 MAF. I am going to buy some aftermarket control arms.
Tyler what is wrong with you!?!?!?? Buckle up!! this machine is not a honda its a GN!! A very very quick GN
Lol. I was right in front of my house drove it about 30' away to see if it would shift then turned back around. :TU:
No doubt. At 17 I had a Cosworth Vega is all. Can you say Spoiled  ? Just teasin ya Tyler. Congrats . DL
Spoiled is right. But self spoiled for the most part. As a proud parent, I have to add that Tyler has worked hard since he was 15. We helped him with the GSX build originally to provide his first car. He built the race car out of parts we had, and has been helping pull and sell parts to pay for that. He is now an apprentice with a local plumbing company and will go to college in the fall. It is all his money he is spending, and the bank loan for the GN is in his name. I help him working on stuff, since I have more ability to turn a wrench, than right a check. I just hope he will let me drive one of them every once in a while.
That is a sweet ride.I want one to.It would be nice to cruise in a clean and smooth ride as apposed to my "street car".Have fun with it. Jamie
A Cosworth Vega? Dude, Your car for a 17 year old kid made mine look like a piece of crap, wait! It was a piece of crap! 69 Ford LTD 4 door. 390 2bbl though so it would boil the hide.
Take a "close look" under the weather stripping under the front of the T-Top and check for rust. Address if necessary. Otherwise enjoy.
