Stage 1. the car started off as a 1972 skylark with a 350/350. Stage 2. Turned into a 11 second street driven 1972 GSX clone car with a 464 with a switch pitch turbo 400. Stage 3. Daily driver with a custom built turbocharged 350 with a turbo 400 transmission. Goal on this car is to have a very mild turbo set up that will hopefully run about 11 somthings at my altitude. With this set up, we can take the racecar in the trailer, and follow with the GSX :TU: . Once I get this turbo set up tweaked, and perfected. I am going to build a much more aggressive turbo set up for my racecar. Either for a 455 or a 350. This of course is not going to be an overnight project. I would however like to get it done and running by next season.
