He ran into Dennis Gage at a recent car show and he flipped over my cousin's old GMC truck. He is supposed to come down in November and shoot it. I don't know when it will be on TV yet. One of the best flame jobs I have ever seen. This truck wins every show it's in. I'll try to get a better pic of it.
Does My Classic Car show up on TNN anymore? I used to try and catch it every weekend before I went to work but I haven't seen it in a while. Now all I find are Car&Driver, Trucks, and Horsepower TV (what's up with the import section of the show?:spank: ). I really liked MCC, especially since they did a feature on Chamberlain's GS :Brow: , but that was a couple years ago.
I haven't seen it on TNN in several months. It was my favorite of the car shows on that network. I guess they canned him.o No:
I have been bouncing around the idea of canceling my cable and getting a dish. I would really like to get speedvision.
Speedvision is worth it just for the World Rally coverage, The in car shots are just freakin great.......
I caught MCC on The Speed Channel (used2b Speedvision). Sat and Sun. They were reruns of a Ford show in Hawaii and something else. I met DG at Talladega a few years back when the National Superbird/Datona 500 rally was there. A sea of wings was a sight to behold. Dennis is a nice guy. Took time to chat and gave me a MCC sticker.
I watched it on speedvision at my in-laws one of the guys from shadetree mechanic is on it with him now. uzzled:
I don't see MCC on the TNN web page. The Speed Channel (www.SpeedTV.com) has MCC on Sundays at 10:30am, Wednesdays at 12:30pm and Saturdays at 4:30pm. Sam is on 3 shows 1) MCC with Dennis on Speed Channel, 2) CRANK & CHROME with Dave on TNN and 3) Two Guys Garage with Dave Bowman and Sam Memmolo. Thursdays at 7:30pm and 12:30am, Fridays 8am, Sundays 7:30am and 4pm and Tuesdays at 10:30am on The Speed Channel. Have you seen that NOPI show on TNN? Can't say I am much for the imports but they have some serious babes!!! Hope this helps! Mike
If anyone recalls the MCC that covered the 1st GM Nationals at Carlisle, you can see bits of my car when they cover that early 50's Skylark. I was parked two cars down from it, so the 225 got in some of the wide shots. Dennis even parked his golf cart right in front of the 225. I was also next to that Toranodo when Dennis and the owner of it were talking about just before filming it.
Ever since TNN change hands it has gone down hill. I use to watch the automotive related shows religiously on Sundays. But now since there is only about 2 left and they are shown to early for me, 6:30am. I do enjoy Speed channel but spend way too much time on Nascar crap. Tim
