    thanks... I have already started the parts search. I am strongly considering a swap to the 455, but am torn due to this car being so original.

    I say its a really nice find you got there!!:TU: And if that 350 is 4 barrel, keep the 350!!!!You can get alot from that engine!!!!!!!!!

    i believe it is a 2bl, but it is all original so i will probably stay with the 350.

    You'd be able to afford the gas and enjoy it alot more that way. :grin: Aside from the body work, looks like a good driving restoration project.

    I think giving this car to your dad is totally awesome. Keep it original with minor changes - T/A cam/lifters, 4 barrel swap, shift kit ect.. I like the color too.. :TU:

    he had an orange on white 'vert. i'm thinking of painting this the same color and then doing a white vinyl top...but i still have plenty of time before i get to that part of the project.

    Nice Score! Looks in good shape fo its age. I have had good sucess making my own patch panels, saved money too. Good luck!
