Jeff, very nice work,I hope that you have found some alternative interior shop for the car also:TU: .I have to ask, since you work with wheels, what kind of meats are you planning on running on this car?I can't wait to see it as it comes together, not enough cars built this way(most will have sbc's in them).Keep up the good work!

    Thanks guys,
My buddy designs his own wheels so I'm going to have him make me a custom set of 20's. Im wanting to go with a semi wide tire in the back, 265's if I can get them to fit right.
I'm still trying to find a descent upholstery shop locally. These guys are saying around 10 for a custom interior:Dou:

very cool jeff. i cant wait to see it finished! will you be running 20's all the way around? ive recently been wanting to get bigger wheels in the back. maybe 19's in the rear and 17's in the front.

what are you thinking for the interior? any ideas?

These cars look so good with two tone paint and I think you will see more of them in the future. Very nice job and car for that matter. Mike D.

Dont you worry about traditionalists. It takes vission and a tremendous amount balls to step outside the box. I applaude your efforts! I always thought a custom car is an extension of ones self. Great job!! Cant wait to see the finished product:TU:

    Thanks everyone,

I will more than likely run 20's on all the corners, but 20x8.5 front and 20x10 in the rears.

As for my interior, I'm sticking with the modo "fast with class." Leather and suede, billet, and a lot of digital/electric goodies.

not really just putting the all the stuff back on the car, like the bumpers and lights. With all the rain here in socal, I've been SUPER busy repairing bent and cracked wheels (plugging business  )so the work on the vert has been slow the last month or so. But I will post up pics when all the trim is back on.

Any updates...... also I wanted to know did you have any issues with rust above the windshield and the cowl area. I removed the stainless trim at the base of the windshield and that area is completely rusted out around the base of the windshield and above the windshield.

    update: 2/4/09
Well she is really really close. The wheels are 18x8 Boss 338's. The tires are 225/45/18 front and 255/45/18 in the rear. My buddies wheel business went out of business so I had to go with off the shelf. I'll post up more pics when I finish up
