This is what my '65 LeSabre looks like now, after a wheel transplant. I lost the grandpa full wheelcovers on steelies and got a set of Astro Supremes, 15"x7".

New plans are a very mild lowering and a dual m/c. Scarebird disc kit is a long-term goal.

I also scored a set of four '65 Wildcat road wheels with ribbed center caps and near new tires, after I bought the Supremes! Now I can switch around looks a little.

Thanks for the compliments. I bought these from Esajian Wheel in California. He no longer sells them, but you can get them from Mooneyes and even Summit. Not positive, but I want to say these have 3.25" backspace. They're standard, but I could have fit reversed.

Mine are unilug, but I've heard you can get them in direct-bolt now, for all bolt patterns, from Allied Wheel.

Honestly, they're a pretty cheap wheel. But I haven't had any balancing issues or poor ride quality. I'm curious to see how the chrome holds up.

They are two-piece, so make sure you ask if the spokes are fully welded to the back of the rim when you order. I've heard of some that are spot welded and they like to seperate. Yikes.
