I NEED SOME HELP. I am 17 and have been given a 55 special. Its the tourback model that came in 4 door. It has quite a bit of surface rust and alittle bit of rust that has eaten through the body... i need to know what i can do to get rid of this?? i plan on restoring this as soon as i can.... ill post pictures of it when i can also.... Can anybody help me??

There are lots of qualified guys on this board, but I've noticed more of the uh, "classic" Buick guys hang out at the BCA forum. This is a tough thing to do if you don't know the ropes yet...but that's what we're here for! Feel free to post any question you like. no i havent had any metal restoration experince.... but my dad knows how to weld...... Thanks for the other forum to.... am i going to have to cut out the rust and weld new peices in??
