Well- since this is where the boats are supposed to be showcased... here is mine! Let me know what you think! I will post pics of the interior later. Thanks for looking!
OMG!!! very... VERY nice! and a whole foot longer than MY car! i'm jealous! :af: someone did a good job on that one. a real beauty! 'Green Demon'... good name. can i ask you what tire and wheel sizes you're running? looks killer! Congrats!:TU:
I just put those tires and rims on a few weeks ago. They are 15" Cragar S/S with BFGoodrich 255/60's. Now for the plans: Repaint the same color Replace the carpet Get the front seat re-upholstered Repaint the engine this winter Buick logo floor mats These will happen as soon as my wife says it can!ou: Thanks for the comments! I would like to hear other ideas for it though!
Ya know... I'm not sure what color it is! Is it green-gold poly??? Here are some interior pics... The front seat is ripped along some of the stitches. I'm going to order some new carpet and I'd LOVE to get the logo Buick floormats!ray: OK... here's a question... Should I get chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner or paint it with the original colors... I'm torn!o No:
Didn't realize that was a 455 LeSabre. Thats gotta have low production numbers. Chrome would look fine, but so does the stock look. Thats all up to your individual taste.
GreenDemon, WOW, that's a nice, clean car! I'd leave the engine alone as far as mods go, keeping the stock look. Just my taste, but I'd hunt down a nice set of rallyes, too. If the day comes when you sell the car, you'll get more for it.
Man! She's a beaut!! I'm kinda partial to keeping it original. Chrome looks great but it's a lot of work to keep purty. 19' ? Park in the "compact only" parking spaces and you'll take up three.
Nice ride. Your car needs nothing added to it. I'd stay stock with the engine bay. Any pics of the rear seat and trunk areas?
New pics! Back seat Trunk Door Interior Not exactly in that order!:error: Thanks again for all the great comments! I'm glad other people like it besides myself!:TU:
Sweet ride man! Love those Cragars. Looking at your car, I can't believe that it took me so many years to finally see that a four door could be so cool.
thanks for the info. confirmed my suspicions. you have the exact combo i wanted for my riv! nice choice. :TU: damn i wish 15" wheels would fit over my drums! please don't do anything to that car for a year (at least). it's just too beautiful. especially the... everything.
