Supposed to have showers here in NC so I cannot take a chance of getting caught in it . Mt Airy for those who do not know is the town that became Mayberry on the Andy Griffith show. They just unveiled a statute of Andy and Opie. Andy grew up there and now lives in Manteo NC. Pehaps the longest contiuous running syndicated TV show except for I Love Lucy. Andy was recently voted the most admired TV father figure of all time.
