I am pretty sure I can get it shipped for about $11.00 or so.. As for it being a complete kit, I am not sure if all the wire connectors are there, but I can double check if needed.

I added the pdf instructions from summitracing. This one has the little "pills". 3000, 6000, 7000, and 8000 rpm "pill' for the rev limiter. :bglasses:
