Mountain Dew Pitch Black Its not that great. Has to be 20% dye. Taste like it too. Anyone try that lime something MD that only Tacobell has???
Ask Beth about that black stuff - she's an expert! Probably been drinking it for almost a month now! Trying to corrupt my husband with it. She gave him a can of it at the MWC, and he's not been able to find it around home. Poor man will probably burst into tears when he reads this... It's supposedly a limited thing? ShariB
I've had both, and liked them both. Matter of fact, there's an empty black bottle right here on my desk. The black tastes like grape gummi bears to me. p
Don't like the pitch black stuff, too "sweet" for me. The baja blast from taco bell (both flavors are limited run flavors, they end after halloween and the lines will be used to make cinnamon flavored pepsi for the christmas season) is the better of the two IMO. I've had the baja blast every time I've gone to taco bell since they put it out on the market and I'll miss it when it's gone. If you haven't tried either flavor yet, I recommend the baja blast as it's got the same base flavor as regular mountain dew has, but it's only at taco bell, $1.50 will get you 44oz of it though.

That black just hit me ALL WRONG !!!!! Can't stand the stuff myself. And from the looks of things around here, noone else likes it either. Our little store here has the stuff for sale cold for like .60 a bottle, and you can get a twelvie for like $3. I stay with the ole reliable Dew

Me and my little brother stopped on the way home from our grandma's house (moving more furniture, aack) and grabbed some 20oz's. I got about half way empty after a few hours so I threw it in the fridge. 3 Days later and it was still there, no one would drink it.
I like it and the code red. Livewire tastes like diet, the regular mountain dew is the worst. Code Red is really good with a shot of rum, pitch black is good with cherry vodka.
