You can find the direct bolt in for 64-67 A-body cars from TA or I've seen some on ebay before.

I don't think big car will just bolt in ...

 

Got a set of 67 Abody BB frame pads. I think thats what people use for 65's.

 

I've seen some cone up cheaper here on V8......

But this is what you may want. The 2 different bolt holes is for height for header clearance.

I have this style in my car.

 

67 frame side must use 67 engine side mounts..which are non-existent

use the aftermarket stuff like Brian said..it all bolts in and easy to buy mounts..Id use the T/A stuff myself

 

Steer clear of the cheaper mounts, they are pure trash, they cost me alot of headache on a 70 last year

TA Performance is the only source imo

 

I just was using the Parts Place picture as reference of style needed for easy installation.
