When I get bored, I tend to spend money.... Well, here is the latest incarnation of ideas that me and my buddy have thought up... The gun: The ammo: We are getting a few buddies together this weekend to play in a wooded area behind my house. There is a large creek and a couple off-shoots that make the hunt even more fun! The helmet and camo-gear are ready! There's no way I'd be even near a paintball field without a helmet on! Yikes.....
neighbors down the road (he's an ex-con), got outta jail and the first 2 weeks he was out he kind stalked my brothers car i guess.. one night, prys the lock ont he Z28 out unlocks the car, grabs the subs and amp from the back and take off... well, once we found out who it was we borrowed my friends paintball gun... oh man... their house was literally just flat ass polkadotted... i took pictures, let me see if i can find them somewhere lol... didn't aim for windows but probably should've.. we knew it was him but no way for us to prove it so .. police even guessed it was him but since there was no proof nothing could be done... we took it into our own hands and had some fun with it... lol.. good stuff
K Mart has a nice helmet with a shield that covers your entire melon. Its around $35.After getting hit in the back of the head, I now have the full head gear.The old one was the one that came with the gun,it was nice,but didnt cover the back of you head
im a die hard paintball fanatic. i love it as much as i love my buick. its the closest thing to killing someone yet so far. it really unleashes primal urges. i just played a week ago and still have cuts and scrapes to mend. all the clothing in the world doesnt protect you when a ball hits a piece of tight clothing though! i have a golfball sized bruise on my left thigh from one as well as a few ball shaped scars here and there. to bad you arent in northern cali. we could cruise and paintball all in one day! is that a spider marker? looks farmiliar but i cant pinpoint it. im a huge spider fan and my buddy is a tippmann fan. have fun!
surfing the old threads....here is most of my gear...my friends and i decided to go redneck for a while and camo everything. what you see is the usual setup minus my 20oz tank. the tubes are tactical hoppers, same goes for the mini hopper. the right tool for the job! i play a lot of wierd games!
iv heard that if you freeze or chill the paintballs, they hurt a lot more, are more accurate and travel faster??? pete
no, i'tll just mess up your gun. think about it, if the balls are a liquid they will expand and not fit in the barrel
You're forgetting the most important thing, the cup I've just about been shot down there before and that was enough to make me a strong believer in them:grin:
