Hey guys, Thought I'd update everyone on the progress on my 56 special. I had the back doors off so I could finish up the brackets for the suicide doors and clean up the jams, they came out real nice. We finished the new quarter panel, moved the gas filler cap behind the tail light, and shaved the trunk lid. We got the red paint, I decided to go with Porshe Red. We spot primered the areas on the car that needed attention, and we are now up to 400 grit with the wet sanding, just have to go over the car one last time. While the doors were still off we painted the inside of the door jams Porshe Red, including the brackets and the area we had to cut out of the wheel well. The doors are all cleaned up and the backside is painted red as well. I will post some picture soon,and will have more updates. Mike
