All a/c pumps had the 5 blade impeller, and non-a/c was supposed to have 6from what I've seen. This is a 5 Wheelz, send me your email address and I get you picts. It is factory alum pump, and I'd have to look at the box to see if it has anything on where it was rebuilt. I traded Mike Evans for this one years back at a BPG nats, where he needed a short neck pump.
If you have a gear that will work for me I will take it. P215-70R-14 tires Super Turbine 400 transmission (original) 3.23 posi rear (originally a 2.93 posi).
Mike, I can't tell because I only have a 71 final asm manual. If you have a 68 it will list the color & teeth for your combo. Use the 3.23 gear ratio. In 71 they don't show that gear, only 3.08 & then to 3.42... There is a good chance the 38 or 37 tooth gears I have will work accurately for you, but it may need something like a 42 tooth. Dan, My manual says that my car should have came with a 39 tooth brown gear since it had a turbo 400, 2.93 gears and f-70-14 tires from the factory. With the same options and a 3.23 gear it does not list an f-70-14 tire option but it shows a 42 tooth green for 205R x 14 tires or a 41 tooth yellow for 8.25 / 8.55 x 14 tires. I have to do some more research to find out how many teeth I would need with my current set up: 3.23 Turbo 400 215R-70-14 tires.
